Relax, have a homebrew

It's finally finished! The process took a bit longer than it should have, but I'm very satisfied with the results. The alcohol content came out at 6% - pretty stout for a beer.

Nothing is perfect, but I feel I've at least produced something on par with many of the wheat beers I find at the store. The next batch will be an attempt to move up the ladder - if this is what I get with a "canned" setup, it should be amazing using a "scratch" recipe. Of course, the best thing is that I now have homebrew to drink while I work!

Kimberly has been invaluable in the process - I think she actually understands this process... Also, she's the sanitization master. Allan and Annika helped get the beer in the bottles, and Kim capped them. This is definitely a family operation, although I'm the only one that will enjoy the product.
